Growth Manager, Amazon

Ketone-IQ is High Performance Energy. We’re changing the way people fuel and rapidly expanding as we lead the ketone movement. We’re hiring a Growth Manager to own and scale our Amazon channel. This role goes beyond maintenance, it's built for a high ownership operator fluent in growth, incrementality, and performance systems. You’ll manage Amazon paid ads, CRO, Buy Box protection, and keyword ranking.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is obsessed with proving incrementality, maximizing conversion rates, and protecting brand equity. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ops, and Finance, and report directly to the CMO. This is a high-visibility role with access to pricing decisions and potential expansion into new growth channels beyond Amazon.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Ownership
- Own full Amazon performance acquisition lifecycle, prospecting, branded, retargeting, and reviews.
- Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership with proactive protection tactics
- Own SKU strategy on Amazon, including catalog management, pack size testing, and new product launches
- Test emerging formats (Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV)
- Collaborate with CMO to evaluate new channel extensions (retail, OOH, 3P)
Ads & Incrementality
- Own full Amazon ad stack: budgeting, campaign structure, reporting
- Lead incrementality testing (geo holdouts, suppression, survey lift)
- Partner with DTC team on spend pacing, CAC alignment, and attribution
- Track and manage ASIN health and keyword rank
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Audit and optimize listings (titles, bullets, gallery, A+ content)
- Manage Premium A+ and branded store design
- Monitor PDP CVR, run systematic CRO experiments
Operational & Legal Collaboration
- Align with Finance on inventory and demand forecasting
- Coordinate reseller takedowns and MAP enforcement with Legal
- Guide catalog and SKU expansion
Success Metrics
- Maintain 90%+ Buy Box retention
- CAC efficiency across branded and prospecting
- Improve PDP CVR and rank top 5 for priority terms
- Execute 2+ incrementality tests within first 90 days
- Demonstrate Amazon as an incremental layer to DTC

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Amazon operators with P&L accountability, OR
- Proven ownership of large-scale Amazon ad budgets ($500K+/month) with CAC/nCAC accountability.
- Elite generalists/consultants (e.g. MBA, top-tier consulting background)
