Who you are:

- Well-rounded experience in supply chain management beyond just order handling.
- Proficient in managing OKR (Objectives and Key Results) cycles.
- Familiar with goal-setting methodologies and tracking progress.

- Possesses additional skills in supply chain processes like procurement, logistics, or inventory control.
- Applies structured approaches to setting and achieving goals effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
As our Order Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Ketone IQ’s Retail Operations through:
- Day-to-day execution and management of order to cash cycle (Order management & 3PL operations) - Order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery.
- Be the primary point of contact for both internal team members and retail/distributor partners on any purchase order related operations.
- Process EDI and manual orders from retail/distributor accounts and send to 3PL with appropriate instructions for fulfillment.
- Owner of EDI onboarding process including adding new accounts with SPS Commerce, mapping, and confirming connection is complete and orders can be received from trading partners.
- Work with Finance to ensure invoices are paid from Commercial partners for PO’s in a timely manner.
- Update Order Management systems on a daily basis and provide daily order status updates as needed.
- Covering basic Logistics needs such as booking Freight and LTL shipments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Can work US based hours(Anywhere from EST to PST based schedule ok.
- Excellent(best of the best) written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role.
- Sensational customer service: You live, sleep, eat, and breathe seeing our customers happy.
- Elite organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to the details.
- Experience in one or more of: Retail operations, order management, supply chain, operations, or customer service.
- Able to learn, navigate, and teach how to use both internal and external tools and systems: QBO/other ERP systems, Google suite, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, Amazon Seller, Kehe, etc.
- Experience working with US-based Retailers and distributors like Kehe, UNFI, Vistar, US Foods, DOT, etc.
- Experience working in the CPG industry.
- Experience working in a high growth, startup environment.
- 1+ year(s) of experience with EDI Order process flow from setup, mapping, sending documents, etc.
- Good to advanced Excel and google sheets skills. Highly analytical and data-driven.
