Who you are:

The ideal candidate for a Growth Marketing Associate role should possess a unique blend of analytical, creative, and strategic skills. Growth marketing focuses heavily on data-driven strategies to rapidly scale customer acquisition and retention, so the candidate needs to be both numbers-driven and innovative.


Job Responsibilities:

Online Reviews Project

  • Source and moderate product reviews to ensure compliance and brand integrity.
  • Implement strategies to encourage authentic customer reviews.
  • Conduct lead generation through social media platforms to drive potential customers to our online store.
  • Monitor and analyze review trends, customer sentiment, and feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to address negative reviews and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customer service to escalate and resolve customer concerns identified through reviews.

Social Listening & Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and customer inquiries across social media platforms including our ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Identify trending conversations and customer insights to help shape marketing and product strategies.
  • Engage with brand advocates, influencers, and online communities to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Track competitor mentions and industry trends to keep the brand informed of market shifts.
  • Develop reports on key findings, sentiment analysis, and engagement performance.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Source and invite potential affiliates to join the company's affiliate program.
  • Assist affiliates in setting up and optimizing their promotional efforts with the manager.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to grow the affiliate network and increase brand reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for affiliates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and address their questions or concerns promptly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a repository of all work outputs.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in executing online reputation management strategies.
  • Provide insights for influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Conduct research on new tools and best practices for Amazon review management, social listening, and affiliate marketing.
  • Work closely with the manager and contribute to upcoming growth marketing projects.
  • Other adhoc tasks/upcoming projects of the Growth Marketing team as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2-5 years of marketing/ project management/ administrative experience.
  • Incredibly organized, detail oriented with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while using discretion
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence others
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or GSuite equivalents
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the project and to proactively solve problems efficiently
  • High energy, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time **Subject to change +/- ~3 hours, mutually agreed by you and your manager.
